The Penthouse at The Edge
In 2021 we decided to move house from The Netherlands to Spain - in search of a more conscious way of living. In May of 2022, we drove to our destination, packing our car with the bare necessities only. After a lengthy search, you can now find us in the Estepona area in the Costa del Sol region, building a new and inspiring existence, in a country built on passion, local flavors, authenticity and a zest for life.
We are a husband-and-wife duo from The Netherlands, and we founded our company aire in 2023 with a mission to bring a much-needed breath of fresh air(e) to the property and guest management world, operating on an entirely different collaboration and service structure. It didn’t take long before we got asked to take care of our clients’ guests too and during fall of ‘23 we started designing the first contours of our complimentary business and we named it The Andalusian. Simply because we love the area we live in, its friendly locals and the amazing way of living.

Even though we are well aware of the fact there are literally hundreds of holiday rental agencies in the area, we are truly different. That’s because we vividly remember what we were looking for during our own emigration process - moving from one holiday home to the next. Our service level reflects those experiences: Small scale, attention to the smallest details, personal, and passionate about Andalusia.
At The Andalusian, we literally take care of our hand-picked selection of secluded spaces and our guests personally. All cozy holiday homes we therefore offer, have a couple of things in common. Attention to detail and all the amenities you could ask for, for once. And lots of love and personal attention from us - as a family-owned, small-scale business - for you as our dear guests.
